Head Of Marketing We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader for the position of Head of Marketing. This critical role is responsible for shaping the company's marketing vision, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting long-term, sustainable growth. The role combines deep marketing expertise with strong business thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. A central aspect of this role is ensuring strong alignment between market needs and the company's global and regional initiatives, acting as a connector between customer expectations, market dynamics, and organizational priorities. This role reports to the General Manager and is an integral part of the GTM Team. Responsibilities and Duties Strategic & Company-Level Contributions Support the development of company-wide strategies, annual plans, and organizational priorities. Translate the company's vision and strategic direction into actionable marketing that real market needs, customer insights, and competitive signals are clearly reflected in global and regional company market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights that inform broader business decisions. Collaborate across departments (Business Development/product management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, and Distribution) to ensure full alignment between marketing activities and company goals. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that influence product development, customer experience, and market expansion. Brand, Market & Growth Strategy Define and evolve the company's brand strategy and market positioning. Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that drive growth and support market the creation and execution of demand generation, digital marketing, events, PR, and content channel partners running joint campaigns, co-branding, etc. Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all brand touchpoints. Team Leadership & Development Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking for all marketing activities. Customer & Market Insight Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends. Champion customer insights across the company to influence strategy, product development, and data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and refine marketing programs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales to align lead generation, content strategies, and pipeline goals. Partner with Product teams to support launches, positioning, and lifecycle HR with employer branding and internal communication initiatives when relevant. Occasional International travel, including Austria. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of strategy, planning, and execution. Demonstrated success building and running integrated marketing programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Job Knowledge Strategic thinker with an ability to connect day-to-day marketing actions to company-wide goals. Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Skilled in brand building, storytelling, and market positioning. Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment without formal senior leadership authority. Strong organizational and project management skills. Industry experience a plus. Success Indicators Strong alignment between marketing activities and global/regional company, clear brand presence and market visibility. Marketing initiatives that directly support company-wide growth targets. Well-aligned cross-functional collaboration and improvements in pipeline, customer engagement, and market awareness.
