Customer Service Representative OpportunityAdecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Customer Service Representative opportunity in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid 3 days/week after training). This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning culture and get your foot in the door with a Company that is an American multinational Financial Services corporation.Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.1 Year with an associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.Alternate Shifts Available/Training Shift DetailsHybrid role - 3 days onsite/AH.If start time is at 12pm or later you can work remotely full time, come in during training hours.Training hours will be between M-F 8am – 4:30pm (first 4 weeks Hybrid), then 12p-8p for 3 weeks virtually.Once training is complete for 3-4 months, permanent shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, estimate hours could be 9a-5p24/7 call center first point of contactWhat's in this Customer Service Representative position for you?Pay: $18/hr - $21/hr.Shift: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid 3 days/week after training)Weekly paycheckDedicated Customer Service Representative Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.This Customer Service Representative is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
