Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Internal Candidates must be in current position for 90 days, in good standing Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure Must be a team player Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and or reach for 8/10 a day Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures daily Ability to negotiate to driver desired results Ability to climb stairs and operate a pallet jack Ability to lift, push, move 30+ pounds daily Food Industry knowledge required Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and communication skills
