About the role
GIC seeks a VP, Human Resources to serve as HR Business Partner and regional leader for the Americas. You will translate global programs into locally relevant U.S.
and Americas initiatives, advising leaders on immigration, talent strategy, and the employee lifecycle across regions. You will lead regional engagement, partner with legal and global HROD teams, mentor a junior member, and oversee payroll/benefits while coordinating cross-functional projects.
