UChicago Medicine AdventHealth seeks a Regional Medical Director for our comprehensive Neurology program across the western suburbs of Chicago. In this dynamic role, you will lead clinical oversight and program development while dedicating 90% of your time to clinical care utilizing EPIC EMR and DAX Co-Pilot. Responsibilities: Create an exceptional, patient-centered care model for the program that includes value, talent, and reputation Be accountable for the performance, engagement, and collaboration of the clinical program in the Great Lakes Region Share joint responsibility with the administrative counterpart for leadership and clinical oversight of the program and clinical services Focus on clinical and programmatic excellence, quality of care, and physician and clinical staff development in collaboration with campus leadership, medical directors, and medical staff Compensation Competitive compensation
Annual Salary: $350k-$420K

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing Board Certified/Eligible, required Physician with leadership experience, a plus
