Ready to restore world‐class aircraft structures? Join our FAA‐approved Repair Station in Wichita, Kansas, where we return Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 components to service. What you will do:
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on structural and non‐structural composite (and select metal) parts—fiberglass, acrylic, and more—often in a team setting.
  • Apply bonding and fabrication expertise to rework and assemble non‐metallic parts and aircraft structures.
  • Follow approved technical data from OEMs and airline customers; execute work using digital instructions, model‐based definitions, specs, requirements, and MRB dispositions.
  • Measure precisely with mechanical/electronic tools; complete first article inspections when required.
  • Translate and validate measurement data to satisfy engineering intent and top‐level requirements.

  • Conduct thorough inspections, including first‐part reviews of purchased and fabricated assemblies.
  • Open and document nonconformances for MRB actions and follow through.
  • Perform process surveillance to ensure adherence to specifications and procedures.
  • Create and maintain quality records that are complete and audit‐ready.
  • Leverage CAD/CAM (or comparable) tools to ensure work matches the authorized engineering configuration.
  • What you bring
  • Proven capability in taper sanding, lay‐up, and septum core remove/replace.5+ years composite repair experience preferred.

  • Role is in Wichita, KS. Initial assignment may begin on 1st shift with a manager‐directed move to 2nd shift.
  • Must be able to stand for the full shift.
