SENIORITY
Manager
About the role
- Daily production across all departments — foam fabrication, crate construction, kitting, and finishing
- Safety outcomes for the division. The target is zero recordable injuries.
- Quality at every stage of production. Our customers hold us to aerospace and defense standards and we hold ourselves to the same.
- On-time delivery. You coordinate priorities, lead times, and capacity across departments and resolve bottlenecks before they affect the customer.
- Culture. You build an environment where every person feels valued, heard, and trusted — and where they understand that the work they do matters.
- The development of your Coaches and production staff. You set clear expectations and address issues directly and fairly.
- Continuous improvement. You lead complex projects that drive lasting change, not just quick fixes.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
