About the role

WTW in Houston offers a Health and Benefits Intern opportunity designed to develop future leaders. You will work alongside top consultants on real client assignments, analyze data, and present results to clients as you progress toward expertise in health and benefits. The program includes twice-weekly learning sessions, exposure to CST and FAA teams, and a pathway to graduate opportunities. Graduates between December 2027 and June 2028 are encouraged to apply.
