About the role

Nscale is seeking a Senior Development Manager to drive the development of new AI data center sites across the Americas, guiding projects from site control through FID. You will manage budgets, schedules, and external partners, while mentoring junior team members and keeping programs on track for shovel-ready, powered sites. You will coordinate across Energy and Power, Design, Preconstruction, and Sales, ensuring timely decisions and risk mitigation, and travel up to 25% is expected.#J-18808-Ljbffr
