About the role
- Use and maintain MS Excel worksheets to track productivity and completion of assigned projects and tasks.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage and process requests that are submitted from other departments for refunds, discounts and review.
- Meet all Productivity, Quality, and Efficiency standards set forth by leadership.
- Analyze work assigned and report opportunities for quality & process improvement.
- Review Credit Card Exceptions report and categorize the credit card declines into action-specific buckets.
- Review ACH Exceptions report and categorize the ACH declines into action-specific buckets.
- Review Check Exceptions report and categorize the Check Declines into action-specific buckets.
- Investigate the Credit Card Charge-Backs and perform timely responses to Credit Card Institutions.
- Maintain department Quality and Handle Time SLA's.
- Other duties, miscellaneous responsibilities and special projects as needed.
- High School diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience is required
- Must be able to build and maintain professional relationships during a highly stressful and fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate strong communication/negotiation skills both verbally and written.
- Feel comfortable working in an autonomous environment where you are expected to resolve customer's issues on your own.
- Deadline & detail oriented.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Heroku/Salesforce a plus
- Ability to think logically when working on customer accounts.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills are required to perform daily tasks.
