About the role
Customer Service Representative Clayton Services is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in Kingwood, Texas. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to prospective vendors.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Work through a list of leads and make outbound phone calls to gauge interest in services Maintain professional and polite phone etiquette Take accurate notes and information regarding the details of the calls Answer any questions to the best of your ability
Customer Service Representative Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Professional and dependable Excellent attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision
Customer Service Representative Education and Experience:
