Job Description: LockNClimb is seeking a dependable, hardworking Shipping & Receiving / Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that supports daily warehouse operations, product assembly, shipping and receiving, crating finished products, material pickups, and inventory organization. Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips. Prepare finished products for shipment, including crating, packaging, and labeling. Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Load and unload deliveries safely. Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors using a company vehicle. Maintain an organized warehouse and shipping area. Assist with inventory organization and stocking materials. Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Perform other warehouse and production duties as needed.
Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
