In this role, you will support all facets of Traffic Support for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.Your Role on the TeamSupport uniform ordering and assist with distributionCoordinate department calendars, management meetings, and meeting notes/recapsAssist with onboarding activities, including garage access credentials for Player 15 and Arizona Diamondbacks facilitiesSupport monthly parking operations by maintaining agreements, payment logs, invoice records, and related documentationMaintain accurate records while safeguarding confidential financial, business, team member, and client informationOther duties as assignedYour Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismAbility to adapt to new technologies and internal systemsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordHigh school diploma or GEDOne (1) year of administrative, customer service, parking, or related experience preferredExperience in the parking industry is a plusBilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred but not requiredAbility to transit throughout the arena for long periods of timeThis position is mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is
