iCapital, Inc. is seeking a Global Head of Payroll (VP/SVP) to lead the end-to-end global payroll function across all jurisdictions. The role oversees payroll operations, payroll accounting, vendor governance, and risk management while shaping the payroll operating model for scalability and strong internal controls. The role collaborates closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and HR and manages equity compensation workflows, including RSUs and stock options, ensuring accurate withholding
