About the role
We are seeking a Bilingual Inventory & Purchasing Associate to support purchasing, inventory control, material sourcing, and shipping activities across three manufacturing facilities. This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is interested in developing experience in purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with internal departments and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Assist with purchasing raw materials based on confirmed Purchase Orders and production requirements. Monitor raw material inventory levels and help ensure materials are available when needed. Prepare daily inventory and perpetual inventory reports. Assist with sourcing materials and preparing cost estimates for new samples and projects. Record materials ordered and maintain accurate inventory documentation. Scan, organize, and file packing lists and related paperwork. Assist with coordinating shipments of samples and special customer requests. Prepare and provide customer inventory reports when requested. Assist with month-end physical inventory counts and reporting. Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Communicate with Production, Shipping, Accounting, suppliers, and other internal teams regarding purchasing and inventory needs. Support additional purchasing, inventory, and operational projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Experience or exposure to purchasing, inventory control, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Comfortable working with numbers, inventory records, and spreadsheets. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team. College degree is not required. Previous supervisory or management experience is not required.
