You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries Document all call details and interactions in the database Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively according to company policies Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor during all interactions Educate customers about products and services to enhance their experience Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in a customer service or call center role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and phone technology
