About the role
The Unified Judicial System in South Dakota is seeking a Deputy Court Clerk - Magistrate I for Onida or Gettysburg. This is a temporary, part-time, on-call position at 10 hours per week, providing essential court support from filing to disposition and customer service to a diverse public. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, assisting with calendars, and performing magistrate duties as needed, with duties expanding as required by the circuit.
