Quality Engineer (Construction) Position will be located in Texas but travel expenses will be paid and per diem offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee construction projectsEnsure compliance with contract documentsEnsure use of proper construction materials and techniquesReview construction technical data for processing of pay estimates for construction projectsEnforce construction industry and safety standards on construction projects REQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree 3-10 Years of experience 6+ years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree 4+ years of work experience and Associates Degree may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree 3+ years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring and controlling construction of all types - horizontal construction preferredCertifications: OSHA 30 ConstructionMobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Construction Quality Management (CQM)EM 385 1-1Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePointProficiency with project management software - Procore, Autodesk, etcAbility to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholdersAbility to effectively solve problemsStrong communication skills, both oral and written A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environmentExperience managing multiple projects with independent schedules and budgets simultaneouslyAbility to travel between job sites, if requested
