About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Strategic Accounts to spearhead the development and management of its global Tier 1 strategic account organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming the company's approach to its most significant customers and prospects, shifting from a transactional, product-led sales model to a more consultative, value-based partnership. This pivotal role involves owning the commercial performance of a defined portfolio, leading a team of Global Strategic Account Managers, and driving the establishment of rigorous account and pursuit planning. The Vice President will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial relationship, including new-customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and the development of strategic commercial models. The ideal candidate will have a background in building or transforming a strategic account management function and be adept at driving accurate team forecasting and pipeline management. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a minimum requirement, with a preference for candidates with experience in value selling and additional language proficiency relevant to global Tier 1 account engagement. The role demands a collaborative leader with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and a strong focus on commercial discipline and customer-centricity. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
