Engine, the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, seeks a Senior Director of Workforce Transformation to lead the enterprise shift as AI reshapes roles and skill needs. You will measure productivity, redesign roles, and build a workforce plan that integrates AI, humans, and external partners. You’ll report to the Chief People Officer and partner with AI Platform and Applied AI leaders to operationalize capacity, skills, and governance across the organization.
