Rescue Operations ManagerOnPoint Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Rescue Operations Manager to lead and oversee confined space rescue operations across multiple industrial client sites. This role is responsible for managing rescue teams, ensuring operational readiness, maintaining safety compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for client coordination and workforce planning. The Rescue Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that rescue personnel, equipment, and procedures are properly aligned with site requirements, regulatory standards, and OnPoint's safety-first culture. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams in dynamic industrial environments while maintaining strong communication with clients, operations, and internal leadership. Leadership & Team OversightLead and manage confined space rescue teams across assigned industrial sites Provide daily direction, supervision, and support to rescue personnel Ensure teams are properly staffed, trained, and prepared for site operations Foster a strong safety culture and maintain high performance standards across all rescue operations Operational CoordinationCoordinate with contractors, site leadership, and OnPoint operations to support daily work activities Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and operational alignment Monitor staffing needs and communicate workforce requirements to leadership Ensure rescue operations are aligned with project schedules and site demands Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific requirements, and confined space rescue standards Conduct regular safety reviews and monitor field performance to prevent incidents Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and operational documentation Submit weekly reports on staffing, operations, and site activity Training & ReadinessSchedule and conduct monthly rescue drills and training exercises Ensure rescue equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and ready for deployment Identify training gaps and support ongoing professional development of rescue personnel Maintain operational readiness across all assigned sites What We're Looking For 4-6 years of industrial supervisory, rescue, or safety leadership experience OSHA 30 Certification (Required) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple teams, job sites, or industrial projects Ability to coordinate with clients and internal operations leadership Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass drug screening and background check Proficient computer skills for reporting and communication Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and confined space operations
