Technical Sales Director – Technical Products Remote | Approximately 35-50% self-guided travel Coley Company is partnering with an established manufacturer to identify a Technical Sales Director to lead its technical products business. This is a key commercial leadership position with responsibility for a $30M sales portfolio and a team of approximately four sales professionals. The company is looking for a strong sales leader from the nonwovens space. This is also a strong opportunity for someone who wants continued career growth, with the potential to progress into a higher-level leadership position. Key Responsibilities &
Qualifications: Lead and develop a team of approximately four sales professionals Manage and grow a technical products portfolio of roughly $30MDrive sales strategy, customer growth, and new business development Manage commercial budgets and overall portfolio performance Partner across technical, manufacturing, and commercial teams Proven B2B sales leadership experience within textiles, engineered materials, or manufacturing Filtration/nonwovens experience is a plus Strong leadership potential with the ability and desire to grow into broader responsibility This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who enjoys technical products, developing teams, building customer relationships, and wants a long-term path for continued advancement.
