About the role

UBS is seeking a senior documentation professional in New York to negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs and related documents for a diverse client base. You will prepare first drafts, negotiate terms and coordinate with internal stakeholders to reach compliant, timely resolutions. The role requires 5+ years of negotiating experience with the contract types listed, strong knowledge of ISDA documentation, and prior experience at leading investment banks.
