About the role

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive the store product strategy through inventory management, product actions, and organized back‐of‐house operations, ensuring shelves and stockroom are well maintained and aligned with guest needs. You will lead inventory shifts, participate in hiring decisions, coach team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world‐class guest experience on the floor.
