About the role
Leading a team of Performance Managers while managing a personal portfolio of dealership accounts, the full-time remote Performance Manager (CSM), Team Lead will coach team members, ensure account performance, and drive client retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of Performance Managers, providing feedback on client communication and account strategy
Manage a reduced book of dealership accounts, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client goals
Monitor client performance across key metrics and drive expansion opportunities for Motive products
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within the automotive industry
Proven track record of managing complex dealership accounts with strong retention and growth results
Experience in coaching or mentoring other Customer Success Managers
Comfort with performance data, analytics, and reporting
Highly organized with the ability to balance team leadership and personal account responsibilities
