- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a Texas Electrical Apprentice License
- Long-term career interest in the electrical field
- Willingness to wear a mask if requested
- No smoking
- No swearing
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Climb and work on ladders
- Work in attics and crawlspaces
- Work outdoors in varying Texas weather
- No experience? That's okay.
- We're willing to train individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn. We'll help qualified candidates obtain a Texas Electrical Apprentice License and gain the technical knowledge needed to grow within the electrical industry.
- WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE?Working directly under experienced electricians, you'll assist with:
- Residential electrical work
- Code-compliant installations and repairs
- Safety procedures and best practices
- Electrical inspections and troubleshooting
