Leading a professional Client Delivery Team, the full-time Head of International Delivery will manage compliance services, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic direction while working remotely in the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities Lead compliance delivery teams and provide regulatory strategy across the client portfolio Ensure high-quality technical and regulatory services are delivered to clients while driving continuous improvement Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and managing account performance Required Qualifications Proven experience in a senior management role within compliance or regulatory services Strong understanding of technical and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels Experience in performance management and team development Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets and driving profitability
