Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Arcade Crew Member to help create an exciting, safe, and memorable experience for our guests. What You’ll Do: As an Arcade Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our arcade—ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-notch service. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily arcade operations and ensuring all safety rules are followed. Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting issues with arcade equipment and games. Keeping the arcade clean, organized, and welcoming. Assisting guests with game cards, explaining how our system works. Selling game credits and merchandise with a friendly attitude. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required.3+ years of customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills.
