About the role

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking an experienced Head of Non-Production Operations, Facilities to lead day-to-day workplace operations at our Long Beach facility. You will manage office operations, culinary/snacks, janitorial, groundskeeping, and related services while owning the full OPEX budget and cost-saving initiatives. You will partner with Real Estate and Development Planners to set long-term standards and drive scalable, efficient operations across sites, ensuring an excellent employee
