Senior Project Manager - Fort Lauderdale, FloridaA leading national self-perform construction contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee concrete and related trade packages on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities: Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, labor planning, and resource allocation Manage estimating, forecasting, procurement, and change orders Coordinate with clients, field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Oversee submittals, RFIs, document control, and project accounting Resolve constructability issues and monitor field progress Maintain safety, quality, and contractual standards Travel to support projects as needed
Qualifications: Strong project-management experience in large commercial construction Concrete, structural shell, or self-perform trade experience preferred Experience managing labor, project financials, estimating, and procurement Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and takeoff software Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Hands-on approach and willingness to support multiple project functions
