⚡ Vice President of Strategy💼 Virtual Power Plant (VPPs) and Grid Orchestration🌎 United States - Remote💰 $190,000 - 200,000 & Bonus & Equity Storm 4 are partnered with a PE-backed provider of Demand Response and Smart Energy Management solutions for multi-site Commercial & Industrial clients across the US' deregulated energy markets. We are searching for a Commercial Lead who can head up the Commercial and Strategic business function – heading up GTM Strategy, Market Development, M&A and Strategic Partnerships.
What you'll do:
Define company's long term approach to the US Power Markets by developing and executing strategies to exploit opportunities arising from Load Growth, Transmission Constraints, Regulatory Changes, and novel energy generation & storage technologies Identify and evaluate organic growth opportunities including new markets for entry, customer segments, utility incentives, and product deployments. Identify, negotiate and execute new strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel sales partners and infrastructure developers. Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities to include the diligence, structuring and execution on acquisitions and joint ventures. Represent the company in front of investors, regulators, prospective partners and other midmarket actors What we're looking for 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Origination, Investment, or Senior Operating roles Proven deep understanding of the US Power Markets Demonstrated success in executing joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, battery tolling agreements, or long-term power purchase agreements Strong quantitative skill set📧 Sounds like you?
