Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Assistant based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Salon Assistant will provide support to hair stylists and other salon staff by preparing workstations, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with client care, and providing exceptional guest hospitality. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both the team and clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon's operations.
Qualifications:
A current State of Ohio Cosmetology license or current enrollment in a state of ohio cosmetology program Basic knowledge of salon tools, equipment, and products Strong organization and multitasking skills Customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment Teamwork and collaboration skills to support stylists and interact with clients Professional appearance and punctuality High school diploma or equivalent Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus
