Field Testing Supervisor Onsite A construction services firm is seeking a Field Testing Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities on a large-scale infrastructure project. This role combines hands-on materials testing with team leadership, client interaction, and day-to-day field
Responsibilities:
Supervise field technicians and oversee daily testing operationsPerform testing of concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt materials in accordance with project requirementsReview field data, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completenessServe as the primary on-site liaison for project stakeholders and internal teamsCoordinate work assignments, safety compliance, and personnel schedulingCommunicate project updates, testing results, and field concerns to managementInterpret construction plans and specifications to support inspection activitiesMaintain testing equipment and ensure adherence to established proceduresQualifications: Background in construction materials testing or quality controlExperience leading field personnel and coordinating project activitiesValid driver's license and ability to meet site access requirementsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsACI Concrete Field Testing certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) preferredIf interested, please email an updated resume to.
