Document and review patients' histories. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Use specialized equipment, such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters. Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when necessary. Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions. Prescribe and administer antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infections or injuries. Prescribe medications for patients with erectile dysfunction, infertility, or ejaculation problems. Provide Urology consultations or refer patients to specialists.
