About the role
Motive is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive design excellence across our Brand Studio. You will lead and mentor a distributed team across North America and Pakistan, elevating craft, systems, and processes for global scale. As a hands-on creative leader, you'll develop concepts for major campaigns and ensure brand integrity across channels, regions, and formats, partnering with marketing and product teams to accelerate impact.
