About the role
Bringing expertise in XaaS solution sales, the full-time Senior Channel Partner Services Specialist will provide pre-sales technical consulting, manage pricing programs, and develop business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Provides pre-sales technical consulting and collaborates with partners to design solutions based on client needs
Manages pricing programs and deal registrations while serving as a subject matter expert on XaaS solutions
Develops business opportunities by engaging with Account Managers and forecasting to meet revenue targets
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience (6-8 years)
Advanced working knowledge of XaaS technologies and related product solutions
Proven experience in technology/software partner and indirect channel management
Strong negotiation skills and experience in account planning with up-sell and cross-sell strategies
Certifications in UCaaS/CCaaS, Connectivity, Colocation, Security, SDWAN & SASE are required
