Human Resources Generalist Confidential Brand | Miami, FL | Hybrid
Job Summary: A leading confidential brand is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join its HR team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and various HR operations initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
  • Oversee leave management and related documentation
  • Support various HR Operations and employee-related initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are completed efficiently
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HR operations
  • Experience with TriNet strongly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
