About the role
Dana-co is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Label Account Coordinator to support our growing private label business. This position will help coordinate private label programs from initial concept through production and delivery. The Account Coordinator will work closely with retail customers and Dana-co’s Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams to keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management of private label customer accounts Track product development calendars, samples, approvals, pricing, and production timelines Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding program requirements and project status Prepare customer presentations, product information, pricing documents, and meeting materials Maintain accurate account records, order details, and product specifications Coordinate sample requests and follow up on customer comments and approvals Assist with market preparation and customer meetings Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer programs Address account questions and follow through with the appropriate internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
Two or more years of experience in apparel account coordination, sales support, merchandising, product development, or production Experience with private label or wholesale apparel is strongly preferred Experience in intimate apparel, bras, panties, sleepwear, or loungewear is a plus General understanding of the apparel product development and production process Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook This is an excellent opportunity for an apparel professional who wants to develop their account-management experience while helping Dana-co build and expand its private label partnerships.
