About the role
Investigation Representative Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across fulfillment centers. Our teams' objective is to perform research and investigation on payment disputes across fulfillment centers. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process, and design the inbound ecosystem. The Investigation Representative will support in virtual investigation while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for research workflow and investigation, flow of information among stakeholders, and taking day-to-day decisions accurately in a timely manner.
Key job responsibilities:
Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
Provides/expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/partners team
Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
A day in the life:
An Investigation Representative is responsible for completing the research and investigation in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. This requires a high level of ownership by facilitating the flow of information, reporting progress, and identifying blockers and providing resolutions. An Investigation Representative will insist on high standards by effective research and identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle-free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centers. The team is responsible for addressing the payment disputes across fulfillment centers and performing rescue operations and contingency management.
