Manager, Workday Workforce Solution | Miami, FLLead the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management in a large enterprise environment. Full-Time, Direct Hire. The client is unable to offer sponsorship.
Location: Miami, FL preferred | Hybrid/onsite preferred | Remote considered for exceptional candidates outside of the Miami metro area We’re partnering with a leading global organization to identify a Manager, Workday Workforce Solution to lead the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous evolution of critical Workday workforce capabilities. This is an opportunity for a Workday functional leader/technologist who has grown beyond hands-on configuration into product ownership, strategic roadmap leadership, and team management. What you’ll own: Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence Management Product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and functional governance Optimization and modernization of workforce processes Workday release assessment and adoption Automation, self-service, reporting, data quality, and continuous improvement Partnership across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and ITLeadership of Workday analysts, consultants, and vendor partners Measurable outcomes around payroll accuracy, compliance, automation, adoption, and business value
What we’re looking for:
  • 10+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Management, or related areas 7+ years of Workday experience
  • Deep functional expertise across Workday Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence
  • Experience leading significant Workday implementations, transformations, or optimization initiatives
  • Experience owning a product or functional roadmap
  • People leadership and experience managing consultants/vendor partners
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, workforce administration, compliance, and HR business processes
  • Global workforce / large enterprise experience preferred
