About the role

The Make Ready Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.

Responsibilities:

Perform trash outs and clean ups of make ready units
Perform full painting on make ready units
Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work, resurfacing and more in make ready units
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds

Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
