- 2+ years of digital and/or social marketing experience
- Real client-facing experience - you're comfortable being the person on camera, building trust, and driving hard conversations with business owner
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage your own time The range to teach, encourage, and deliver tough feedback in the same conversation
- Strong organizational discipline
- Recent Meta Ads Manager experience preferred
