About the role

Procter & Gamble Lima Plant is seeking Electrical & Controls technicians to keep high-speed packing and utilities equipment running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain automated systems on a rotating 12-hour shift with day/night schedules. The role requires strong fault-finding abilities, knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and robotics, plus a safety-conscious mindset and teamwork within production crews.
