What You'll Do: Coordinate transportation services and support daily dispatch operations Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor trips in real time and proactively address service issues before they become problems Manage schedule changes, service updates, and operational adjustments Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels Enter, maintain, and verify information within company systems Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality Take ownership of challenges and help find solutions in a dynamic environment
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Dependable, professional, and accountable Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Transportation or dispatch experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates the right attitude, aptitude, and commitment to excellence.
