General Manager | HVAC Distribution | Washington, DCSeven Executive are partnered with one of the largest wholesale distribution organizations in the US, generating approximately $8.4B in annual revenue across 680+ locally operated businesses nationwide. We're looking for an entrepreneurial HVAC distribution leader to build and grow a local business in Washington DC.
The Opportunity: You'll take responsibility for the entire local company, including P&L, balance sheet, sales, inventory, operations, people and overall growth. A typical local company operates at around $12M revenue / 18 employees, with significant potential to scale as the market develops. Longer term, there is a pathway to President and up to 30% equity ownership. What You'll Own Full P&L and financial performance Sales, gross profit and business growth Inventory and operational execution Contractor and vendor relationships Hiring and developing the local team Overall Orlando market strategy
What We're Looking For: HVAC wholesale distribution experience Ideally $5M-$50M+ P&L leadership experience Strong Washington DC contractor/vendor relationships Proven commercial and operational leadership Track record of profitable growth Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for ownership Compensation & Ownership Highly competitive base + performance-led bonus Flexible package depending on experience and market opportunity Pathway to President Opportunity to acquire up to 30% equity Long-term upside through business performance, equity growth and potential dividends If you've successfully led a branch, market or sales operation and want the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire business, we'd like to hear from you.
