About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing to play a pivotal role in shaping its brand and driving the marketing engine for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the company's market narrative, competitive positioning, and brand strategy across its various healthcare solutions. This includes building scalable demand generation programs, strengthening relationships within the broker and consultant community, and leading the go-to-market strategy for the company's portfolio. The role demands a strategic, hands-on marketing executive with a proven track record in brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing operations. Experience in healthcare, employer benefits, B2B2C, or the self-insured employer market is strongly preferred. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-impact marketing function, directly influencing the company's commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), at least 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires an individual with executive presence, the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization, and a commitment to the values of the company, which include being committed, optimistic, reliable, and empathetic. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work in a culture that is focused on collaboration, innovation, and improving health outcomes. Functions Marketing
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
