Job Specifics Duties Description: The New York State Senate is seeking a full-time Sergeant-at-Arms. Duties include but are not limited to keeping order during the Senate Session, maintaining security in the Capitol, and all Senate offices, as well as protecting the members of the Senate.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications: More than 10 years of law enforcement experience requiredMore than 10 years of community policing experience requiredMust have 1 year of NYS Legislative experienceCurrent active shooter trainingMust be extremely familiar with NYS Senate communications and security protocols.
