Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will embody the values and professionalism of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel Schedule and manage appointments and meetings Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or receptionist is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Familiarity with office software and phone systems
