About the role

Description: Assists manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility. Manages people both directly and indirectly. Manages inventory and handles customer complaints. Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility. Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel. Contributes to building of team environment. Assists the Site Manager as needed.
Summary: Supports the Site Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising, training, and motivating staff
  • Lead shifts and ensure wash quality and throughput
  • Support membership sales and customer interactions
  • Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling
  • Assist with inventory checks, chemical monitoring, and maintenance tasks
  • Step in as acting Manager when needed

  • Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
  • Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues
Additional Info: Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping. Bonuses paid monthly
