Title: Reconstruction Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA/Grand Rapids, MI/Jackson, MI/Indianapolis, IN
Duration: Full-time
Responsibilities: Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and safety. Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and change orders. Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule delays. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company policies. Provide weekly project updates to clients and stakeholders. Manage project closeout, including inspections, punch lists, and warranty work. Partner with Estimators and accounting/administrative teams to ensure accurate project execution and costs. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Manage multiple projects and teams/subcontractors simultaneously. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements3–5+ years of construction experience. Construction management experience; residential restoration and insurance claims experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and cost-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, teams, and subcontractors. Knowledge of construction materials, budgeting, and margins. Proficiency with Xactimate, Microsoft Office, Proven Jobs, and cloud-based technology. Strong understanding of construction operations and procedures.
